![]() ![]() The irony of it all was the huge sign hanging on the wall that said KINDNESS MATTERS. I will say the bathroom was absolutely the highlight of the stop-if they spent as much on customer service as they did on the beautiful bathroom decor, I would have easily given it 5 stars. I work retail and I understand when we are out of a product that saying I’m sorry helps with the disappointment. ![]() We had ordered iced tea and we asked for sweetener (what kind of restaurant doesn’t have sweetener) and was told there was only simple syrup by the tea, no “I’m sorry” or anything cordial. After ordering $60 of food (which was fair at best), we asked if an appetizer could be cut for us to share, but were told “we could cut it ourselves”. were quick to tell us “we were looking at it” in the case and “there was a menu on the wall”. The store was cute enough but the staff working at the restaurant section was about as rude as it gets. My sister brought us to the store/restaurant for a birthday and Mother’s Day treat.
